About the PositionThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a sales professional to identify and cultivate new business opportunities with real estate developers, build strong relationships, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with real estate developers.
- Coordinating requirements to develop and negotiate contracts.
- Locating potential business deals by contacting customers and exploring opportunities.
- Maintaining confidentiality to protect the organization's value.
- Building strong relationships with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Sales or a relevant field. A minimum of 3 years of Business Development/Sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry, is also required.
You should possess strong client relationship management skills, excellent negotiation skills, and a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization.
