About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Area Sales and Business Growth Manager to join our team at AMBER DRINKS LIMITED. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in your designated Area.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Design and monitor individual and team sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Conduct regular retail outlet audits to study market share movements and track market share.
  • Work with the team to correct market working discipline and daily targets vs achievement tracking.
  • Manage key dealer (KD) primary and secondary debt compliance.
  • Monitor stock transfer and overall depot management.
