Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Business Expansion Lead to drive our growth strategy in the Oil & Gas, Mining, and Financial Institutions sectors. As a key contributor to our team, you will develop and execute business plans to expand our footprint, enhance client satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency.

Your Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to expand our footprint in the Oil & Gas, Mining, and Financial Institutions sectors.
  • Collaborate with industry stakeholders to deliver bespoke solutions that address client challenges.
  • Design and implement frameworks to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency for clients.
  • Lead process enhancement initiatives to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Support clients through major organizational transitions, such as workforce restructuring and technology integration.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies tailored to client objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws for all client engagements.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling HR services, particularly to the Petroleum, Natural Gas, Mining, or Financial Institution sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in Sales/ BD/ Growth Management of HR Services.
  • In-depth understanding of industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive business growth and process improvement.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Experience in diverse and dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in HR data-driven decision-making.
