Our client, a leading player in the Real Estate sector, is seeking a competitive Sales Executive to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  2. Negotiate and close deals while handling customer concerns
  3. Negotiate deals and close sales
  4. Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services
  6. Generate regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  7. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing initiatives
  8. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local property markets and trends
  9. Prepare and present property evaluations to potential clients
  10. Maintain accurate records and prepare regular sales reports
Requirements:
  1. Bsc,/Hnd in Marketing, Business Administration
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate Sales
  3. Fluency in English
  4. Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software is advantageous
  5. Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
  6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  7. Excellent presentation skills
  8. Specific experience in Real Estate sales/marketing
  9. Proximity is key (Ikeja, Agege, Ojota)
Benefits:

Base Salary:100K

Additional benefit include commissions.
