We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated office assistant to join our team. As an office assistant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficient operation of our front desk. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform reception duties, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and organize documents.
  • Input data into computer systems and update spreadsheets.
  • Sort and distribute mail, prepare outgoing mail, and manage package deliveries.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and order new supplies when necessary.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for staff members.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
