We are ITC Worldwide INC, a leading provider of post-warranty support services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and revenue expansion in this area.
**Responsibilities:**
You will be responsible for conducting thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and key prospects in Microsoft Dynamics 365 post-warranty support services.
This includes developing strategic business development plans to increase revenue and expand the client base, staying up-to-date on the latest Dynamics 365 updates, post-warranty support trends, and competitor offerings.
You will also identify, target, and engage potential clients requiring post-warranty support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs, and propose tailored support solutions.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field, 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within an IT services or Dynamics 365 partner environment, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its applications across industries.
You should have a proven track record in developing and closing deals, particularly related to post-warranty support and IT service contracts, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, customer service, and marketing modules.
