Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our business in the real estate sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth in the real estate sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with top real estate project companies and institutions in Nigeria.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies and institutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and pitches to clients.
  • Negotiate and close business deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to develop sales strategies and solutions.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, marketing).
  • Strong knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market and products.
  • Good exposure to top real estate project companies in Nigeria.
  • Excellent business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
