Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team at Kisha Immigration. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify New Opportunities: Collaborate with travel agents, real estate agents, and other ideal partners to access our target audience.
  • Closing Clients/Sales: Utilize your negotiation skills to close deals with new leads and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Inform Current and Potential Partners: Keep them updated on key business developments and showcase our services effectively.
  • Manage Existing Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with existing partners while forming new ones to drive business growth.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Prepare and present to clients, ensuring a seamless experience from lead generation to sale completion.
  • Lead Generation: Find and follow up on new sales leads, leveraging your expertise to convert them into paying customers.
  • Post-Sale Follow-Up: Maintain positive customer relationships by making regular calls and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Develops Business Solutions: Develop innovative solutions to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage client accounts and execute applications, supervising operations coordinators as needed.
  • Negotiation Skills: Negotiate sales contracts, prepare sales pitches, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Communication Skills: Build trust and long-term relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor sales data, revenue, and other important metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
