**Job Description: Business Development Executive**

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing and executing strategies for talent acquisition, and driving business development efforts to expand our client base.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Clients Relations Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategies: Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Business Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and drive growth initiatives to expand our client base.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience: Proven experience in business development within the recruitment sector.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
