About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join ITC Worldwide INC as a Business Development Executive and drive sales and business growth in post-warranty support services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional post-warranty IT services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase revenue and expand the client base.
  • Provide tailored support solutions to meet clients' unique needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet the client's operational needs and are aligned with Microsoft's best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within an IT services or Dynamics 365 partner environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its applications across industries.
  • Proven track record in developing and closing deals, particularly related to post-warranty support and IT service contracts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
