Job Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales and business growth in the area of post-warranty support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

This role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional post-warranty IT services.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Conduct market research and strategy development to increase revenue and expand the client base.
  2. Identify, target, and engage potential clients requiring post-warranty support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
  3. Develop customized service packages including technical support, system maintenance, and service agreements for post-warranty Dynamics 365 solutions.
  4. Provide clients with post-warranty lifecycle services, including software updates, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  5. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet the client's operational needs and are aligned with Microsoft's best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within an IT services or Dynamics 365 partner environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its applications across industries (e.g., finance, retail, manufacturing, and supply chain).
  • Proven track record in developing and closing deals, particularly related to post-warranty support and IT service contracts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, customer service, and marketing modules.
