About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Architect to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions that meet our clients' evolving business needs. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for designing scalable and flexible CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
You will work closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution architecture. Your expertise in CRM architecture, data models, workflows, plugins, and customizations will enable you to provide guidance on best practices for customization, workflows, plugins, and data integration.
In this role, you will also lead the integration of Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft and third-party systems, design customizations using Power Platform tools, and oversee the development of custom code (C#, .NET). You will establish governance processes and frameworks for the use of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to ensure consistency, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable, flexible, and innovative CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Lead technical teams in the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft and third-party systems.
- Design customizations using Power Platform tools.
- Oversee the development of custom code (C#, .NET).
- Establish governance processes and frameworks for the use of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data models, workflows, plugins, and customizations.
- Experience with Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and related development frameworks.
- Knowledge of data integration technologies such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
