Business Development Role
Hospitality Recruitment placement Service (HRPS) is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our client base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy that meets our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Sales Outreach: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and marketing efforts.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Contract Management: Manage sales contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field. 3 years working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role. Proven sales track record. Experience in customer support is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce). Proficiency in English. Market knowledge. Communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport. Time management and planning skills.
