Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners within assigned territories to drive revenue growth.
  • Business Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop and implement business plans that align with company goals.
  • Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze partner sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Market Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivation and a target-driven mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills.
