Client Relationship Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be a skilled Client Relations Manager with a proven track record of success in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This role will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement client success plans to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Background in customer service and industry knowledge is a plus.
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms.
- Customer-oriented attitude, excellent communication and negotiation skills, problem-solving aptitude, and ability to work well with a team.
