The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients needing wood-based projects, analyzing their needs for wooden solutions, and offering creative proposals to match these requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Market analysis and trend identification to understand current demands and trends in wood-based designs.
- Bespoke service delivery to meet clients' specific needs, ensuring the company's reputation for quality and reliability.
- Pricing and project term negotiations with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
- Client relationship management to establish and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Project feasibility assessment, cost estimation, and collaboration with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles with a strong focus on woodwork projects.
- In-depth understanding of the woodwork industry, including wood materials, carpentry, and design principles.
- Superb communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM software, project management tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
