Head of Business Development

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our franchise operations and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and revenue optimization. As the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for managing both new and existing leads, providing advisory support to prospective investors, and serving as the account officer for designated franchise brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage franchise sales and investment management, including lead generation and client relationship management.
- Provide sound advisory support to prospective investors, guiding their investment decisions with a focus on delivering value.
- Serve as the account officer for designated franchise brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and targeted expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in business development.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
- A Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a mandatory requirement for this position.
