FMCG Business Development Executive

Job Description:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with existing stores and key accounts, ensuring proper placement and display of products in stores, participating in promotional campaigns and in-store branding/activations, monitoring competitor activities, and providing feedback to the team.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Managing a designated sales territory, ensuring effective coverage, planning daily/weekly routes to maximize time and effort, and optimizing the use of resources to cover territory effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales, invoices, and client communications, and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, strong negotiation and persuasion skills, ability to analyze sales performance and recommend strategies for improvement, solid understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Key Qualifications & Experience Include:**
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, 4-6 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive with at least 3 years of solid experience in the FMCG industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
