Cybersecurity Solutions Business Development Lead

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Solutions Business Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the cybersecurity sector.
Sales & Relationship Management- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the cybersecurity industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and cybersecurity Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
- Articulate complex cybersecurity solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on cybersecurity trends, solutions, and technologies to provide customers with relevant and innovative products.
- Understand client requirements and tailor cybersecurity solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Provide technical expertise and insights during the sales process to ensure clients' cybersecurity needs are effectively met.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Track and report sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to senior management.
- Utilize sales analytics tools to measure and improve sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in the cybersecurity industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales in cybersecurity solutions.
- Certifications in Cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are a plus.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage.
