Business Development Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven Business Development Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Mapemond Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing winning sales strategies to exceed targets.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, digital marketing skills, and presentation skills.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of N60,000 per month (Category 1), N100,000 per month (Category 2), N200,000 per month (Category 3), N500,000 per month (Category 4), or N1,000,000 per month (Category 5).
- 10% commission on monthly targets.
