Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Interior Solutions Sales Lead to join our team at BLAKSKILL LIMITED. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring seamless execution of sales activities, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize sales performance and maximize business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the interior solutions and gym equipment sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders such as hotel managers, gym instructors, architects, and engineers
- Negotiate contracts for purchases and manage supplier/customer relationships to enhance business efficiency
- Collaborate with the Inventory Team to ensure real-time stock accuracy

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in a high-end environment
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERPs and CRM systems is an added advantage
