About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Business Expansion Professional to join our team at Topton media. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Performance: Achieve overall sales targets for the region, including sales from partners, commercial buildings, malls, and corporates.
  2. Milestone Achievement: Identify and develop new markets in the region to drive business targets.
  3. Strategic Partnerships: Identify, initiate, and nurture strategic partnerships with industry leaders, associations, and key stakeholders.
  4. Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients and partners.
  5. Candidate Acquisition: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business development strategies to acquire new clients.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in marketing, sales, or economics (or related courses)
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in corporate sales and partnerships is required.
  • Experienced in both retail direct sales and channel management
  • A consultative selling approach with demonstrated experience in marketing, HMO, insurance, fitness, or the hospitality service field is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and a distinctive analytical and structured approach
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
