They will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance metrics, including sales, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. They will be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM software is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of our company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute business development plans that align with our growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute campaigns that support business development efforts.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including sales, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • A Bachelor's degree (Minimum of 2:1).
