Sales Development Executive

This role requires a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to lead revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of sales success, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and industry expertise.
Main Responsibilities- Create and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key decision-makers at prospective clients.
- Present and demonstrate products to showcase the value proposition.
- Negotiate and close deals that meet customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Represent HYT CONSULTING at industry events and conferences.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience within the financial industry (Fintech Loan sales experience an advantage).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales process and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
