Position Description

This role requires a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to lead revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of sales success, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and industry expertise.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key decision-makers at prospective clients.
  • Present and demonstrate products to showcase the value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close deals that meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent HYT CONSULTING at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience within the financial industry (Fintech Loan sales experience an advantage).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales process and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
