RESPECTEDFX BUREAU DE CHANGE is a Licensed Currency Exchange company that facilitates business and individual currency exchanges. We buy and sell all major global currencies, including the US dollar, the UK pound sterling, and the Euro. Our services also extend to making international school fee payments. Our aim is to provide the best exchange rates and top-notch services to our clients.
Objective:
To generate qualified leads, build brand visibility and attract new customers for RSIL's financial services like loans, pawning and investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
- Actively source and attract potential clients through field marketing, online campaigns, and referrals.
- Identify and target individuals or businesses with assets suitable for collateral (e.g., cars, gold, watches).
- Brand Visibility
- Promote RSIL's brand through local community engagement, digital awareness, and networking events.
- Distribute branded flyers, run online promotions, and collaborate with influencers or referral agents.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on leads, calls, and WhatsApp inquiries promptly.
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, local trends, and customer preferences to guide strategy.
- Provide weekly reports on new leads, marketing challenges, and conversion feedback.
- Digital & Social Engagement
- Assist in content creation and campaign planning with the social media manager.
- Suggest marketing ideas that fit local realities (Ajah, Lekki, Warri, Ughelli, etc.).
Performance Metrics:
- Number of qualified leads generated weekly/monthly.
- Conversion rate of leads to customers.
- Brand awareness and engagement growth.
