We are seeking a highly motivated and capable Regional Operations Leader to expand our business in Ogun State and other states in Nigeria.

**Job Summary** We are looking for a Regional Operations Leader to lead a team of marketing representatives, manage supply chain and logistics, and develop sales strategies to achieve business objectives. **Responsibilities** * Lead and manage a team of marketing representatives to provide high standard service to customers and agents * Plan, organize, and monitor the execution of assigned tasks to marketing representatives * Oversee and manage supply chain and logistics of items in the state/region * Develop and implement sales strategies to increase profitability and reduce operation costs * Compile regular summaries of sales reports and provide insights and prospects of the state/region **Functional Responsibilities** * Develop and implement sales strategies in line with the company's strategic objectives * Monitor daily sales and take remedial actions to ensure monthly sales targets and KPIs are met * Identify challenges faced by agents and marketing representatives and suggest solutions * Implement company values and policies within the region/state * Track and review agents' sales and provide solutions to improve sales * Participate in monthly and weekly meetings to review sales and operations **Managing Marketing Representatives** * Lead a team of marketing representatives and maximize their performance through strong leadership and coaching * Identify, recruit, and train new marketing representatives * Plan and share daily and weekly tasks with marketing representatives * Monitor and follow-up on assigned tasks to ensure completion * Ensure correct marketing representative fee payments and contract renewals **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management & Administration, Economics and Finance, Business and Commerce, Business Development, or any relevant field * 2 years and above of work experience in sales and marketing or relevant fields * Experience in the Solar Industry Business is an added advantage * Current resident of Ogun State or familiar with the state **Competencies** * Technical Skills: + Data Analysis Skills + Computer Skills * Functional Skills: + Great leadership skills + Excellent problem-solving skills + Great planning, organizing, and monitoring skills + Great training skills * Behavioral Skills: + Stress and work pressure tolerance + Accountability and Transparency + Good interpersonal skills + Flexibility and Adaptability
