Job Summary: Sales Manager required to lead sales team in Lagos, Nigeria, with a focus on achieving sales targets and developing sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our products and services.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure sales team has the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales goals are aligned with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1-5 years work experience in sales or a related field.
  • Experience in builders hardware, social media, or business development will be an advantage.

Remuneration:

  • Basic Salary: N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
  • Incentive and commission will be based purely on performance of the sales team.
