The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) is the state oil corporation which was established on April 1, 1977. In addition to its exploration activities, the Corporation was given powers and operational interests in refining, petrochemicals and products transportation as well as marketing. Between 1978 and 1989, NNPC constructed refineries in Warri, Kaduna and Port Harcourt and took over the 35,000-barrel Shell Refinery established in Port Harcourt in 1965.

JOB SUMMARY
Educational Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Economics / Sciences / Engineering, or any of the Business / Social Sciences / Management Sciences discipline. A Master degree is an added advantage Professional qualification and membership of at least one professional body e.g. PMI, SPE, NAPE, NSE, NIM etc.Experience: Minimum of 9 years relevant post qualification experience Experience in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.Competence: Skill in budget performance and financial evaluation Skill in governance and performance management Skills in cost and management accounting Skill in forecasting and budgeting Skill of goal setting, performance KPIs, performance measurement, quantitative and qualitative measurements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Objectives Manage tracking & reporting on KPIs/business performance across all assets.Key Duties Manage the process of tracking budget performance viz-a-viz asset work programs Coordinate the periodic company assessment and diagnostic sessions such as weekly/monthly performance review. Ensure compliance of work programs with approved Asset working plans and development activities Manage periodic NEPL sole and venture asset performance against production, cost KPIs and timelines Manage the development of milestones, KPIs, quantitative and qualitative success indices for venture and sole risk assts.
