Sales Officer

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives within the assigned area.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential customers, retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Meet sales targets by effectively managing and guiding the sales team.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and optimize strategies.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least one experience in sales, willing to grow career in sales
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to guide and support the sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Sound knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
- Ability to travel within the designated area to meet clients and oversee sales activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
