Business Development Officer for Bathroom Fittings and Sanitary Wares

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Officer to join our team at Ascentech Services Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, increasing sales, and providing strategic support to our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts, proposals, and quotes to clients.
- Provide regular feedback to management on sales performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our business remains competitive.
- Participate in market research to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the building materials, kitchen and bathroom fittings, tiles, and sanitary wares industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
