Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a high-impact sales strategy
Build and lead a high-performing sales team
Cultivate relationships with institutional and high-net-worth clients
Identify market opportunities and drive business expansion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance

Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales leadership within asset management, investment, or financial services
Strong network of institutional and retail investors
Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills
Ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Prior Experience In an asset management firm will be an added advantage.

Competitive Salary: (700,000.00 to 1,000,000.00 + Performance-based incentives)
