We are a fast-growing asset management firm seeking an experienced sales leader to drive our sales strategy and expand our client base. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team and developing strategies to achieve revenue growth and business expansion.

Main Objectives:
  • To develop and implement a high-impact sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our client base.
  • To build and lead a high-performing sales team that achieves its goals and objectives.
  • To cultivate strong relationships with institutional and high-net-worth clients to drive business expansion.
  • To analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of success in sales leadership within asset management, investment, or financial services.
  • A strong network of institutional and retail investors.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills.
  • The ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Prior experience in an asset management firm is highly desirable.
