Business Development Manager/ Marketer

Compensation: ₦250,000/month (Performance-based: minimum target of 2 client acquisitions per month)

Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven One-on-One Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting personalized, in-person marketing engagements with organizations to promote Tritron Solutions' services. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must reside in Abuja, Lagos, or Port Harcourt for proximity to target clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients within your assigned region through direct, one-on-one marketing efforts.
Conduct in-depth presentations and discussions with organizations to showcase Tritron Solutions' services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure long-term partnerships.
Meet or exceed the target of acquiring at least two new clients per month.
Provide weekly updates and reports on marketing activities, client feedback, and target progress.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align strategies and achieve overall company goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive approach.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
Familiarity with remote work tools and CRM platforms.
Residing in Abuja, Lagos, or Port Harcourt.
