Administrative Coordinator

We are currently in search of an Office Assistant to join our expanding team at Bookteller Nigeria. If you are a self-organised, gregarious, and enthusiastic individual, our organisation may be the ideal setting for you to advance your career and broaden your knowledge.
Responsibilities:- Sorting and sending mail, SMS and direct message
- Writing memoranda, reports, letters, and other items
- Onboarding and Vendors, and maintaining customers' records, and other administrative support tasks
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new ones as necessitated
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and confirming bookings
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Welcoming visitors to the office
- Providing visitors with information
- Resolving office-related issues
- Must have a minimum of SSCE/OND (MALE ONLY)
- 2 years of relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in customer care service
- Flexibility with the use of social media platforms and the capacity to prioritise new tasks
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent writing skills – strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Self-organisation
- Customer service
- Paying attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.)
