We are currently in search of an Office Assistant to join our expanding team at Bookteller Nigeria. If you are a self-organised, gregarious, and enthusiastic individual, our organisation may be the ideal setting for you to advance your career and broaden your knowledge.

Responsibilities:
  • Sorting and sending mail, SMS and direct message
  • Writing memoranda, reports, letters, and other items
  • Onboarding and Vendors, and maintaining customers' records, and other administrative support tasks
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new ones as necessitated
  • Answering phone calls, taking messages, and confirming bookings
  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Welcoming visitors to the office
  • Providing visitors with information
  • Resolving office-related issues
Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of SSCE/OND (MALE ONLY)
  • 2 years of relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in customer care service
  • Flexibility with the use of social media platforms and the capacity to prioritise new tasks
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills – strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-organisation
  • Customer service
  • Paying attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.)
