Global Business Development Executive
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts globally, with a focus on Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and market expansion, with a proven track record of success in the HR tech industry.
Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Drive business growth through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and client acquisitions.
- Market Penetration: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and new market opportunities in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Sales Performance: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth through client acquisition and retention.
- Pricing Strategy: Design and implement competitive pricing models tailored to client needs while ensuring profitability.
- Team Performance: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders for strategic collaborations.
- Brand Positioning: Enhance and sustain the company's brand presence and recognition across Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience selling HR services.
- Skills: Proven experience in business development, sales, or market expansion, preferably within the tech or HR industry. Strong understanding of the Nigerian and Sub-Saharan African markets. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
