Business Development Catalyst

The Business Development Catalyst is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new vendors, streamlining the onboarding process, and fostering strong relationships with key partners. This role requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and operational expertise, as well as a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Identifying and acquiring new vendors through direct engagement and market research.
  • Streamlining the vendor onboarding process to improve efficiency and productivity.
Vendor Onboarding Process:
  1. Designing and implementing effective onboarding programs to ensure vendor success.
  2. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure vendors are properly set up in the system.
Field Work and Market Engagement:
  • Engaging with vendors in the field to build relationships and assess product quality.
  • Collecting feedback from vendors to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Performance Metrics:
  • Increasing vendor diversity and improving product quality.
  • Improving vendor retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
