**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Lead to join our team in Lekki, Nigeria. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow depot product sales and achieve revenue targets.

In this role, you will negotiate pricing and contracts with clients to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also coordinate with depot operations to ensure product availability and smooth loading and delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company pricing policies, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor credit sales exposure and manage risks to reduce bad debts.
  • Maintain an updated database of clients and prospective customers.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for management.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the logistics and product loading teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.
  • Lead sales efforts to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Ensure proper documentation of sales transactions and communication with clients.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the oil and gas sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of depot operations, petroleum product sales, and market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
