**Job Description:**

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Lead to join our team in Lekki, Nigeria. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.

In this role, you will work closely with the logistics and product loading teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products, negotiate pricing and contracts with clients to maximize profitability, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead sales efforts to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Work closely with the logistics and product loading teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.
  • Maintain an updated database of clients and prospective customers.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for management.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Monitor credit sales exposure and manage risks to reduce bad debts.
  • Ensure proper documentation of sales transactions and communication with clients.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the oil and gas sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of depot operations, petroleum product sales, and market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
