Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, managing customer relationships, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and conversion.
  2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  3. Working closely with internal stakeholders to optimize sales performance and maximize business opportunities.
  4. Managing customer relationships, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
  1. A. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in a high-end sales environment.
    B. A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
    C. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    D. Strong client management and negotiation skills.
    E. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    F. Experience with ERPs and CRM systems is an added advantage.
    G. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
