LD&D Consulting is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team in Lagos. As a key member of our female healthcare department, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the female healthcare industry.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of sales experience in Personal Care, Cosmetics, Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, or Consumer Brands.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Nursing, Pharmacy, or Medical-related field is an advantage).
  • Must be presentable, well-spoken, and a self-starter.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of ₦200,000 per month. This figure is estimated based on the location and industry standards.
