Job Description

As an Administrative Officer with the Baykins Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office supplies management system. Your primary responsibility will be to manage our office supplies stock by adhering to minimum reorder levels, ensuring that we always have the necessary materials to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies stock and ensure timely reordering to meet business needs.
  • Follow up with branches to ascertain their office needs and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
  • Distribute office items across branches, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Properly record and file all official documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Process payments and renewals for FIRS, LIRS, PAYE, and Pension, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Procure and activate CUG lines and phones, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
  • Approve and allocate CUG lines and laptops, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Process payments and renewals for CUG lines, maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage the procurement and distribution of data, airtime, and PHCN tokens, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure adherence to approved budget, maintaining fiscal discipline and responsible spending.
  • Train and develop subordinates, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct monthly stock counts of the admin store, maintaining accurate records and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a similar role.
  • Reside close to Victoria Island, ensuring easy access to our office location.

Net Pay: N70,000 - N90,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
