Job Description

A leading solar energy company based in Lagos seeks experienced professionals to drive revenue growth through sales of solar equipment and installations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote the Baltai Energy SSN Campaign, providing solar energy solutions to 500,000 businesses and households across Nigeria.
  • Identify and engage individuals and businesses to sell solar energy solutions to homeowners and businesses.
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients that lead to sales conversions for solar energy equipment purchase and installation.
  • Establish a strong database of leads that can be converted into sales of solar energy equipment.
  • Assist clients in accessing solar financing through the Baltai Energy SSN Campaign.
  • Convert viable leads into sales of solar energy equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Communicate client needs and preferences to management to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with solar technicians and management to understand client energy needs.
  • Operate as the main point of contact for all client matters.
  • Contribute to the development of policies, processes, and procedures for better marketing insights and service delivery.
  • Promote company awareness on social media and at industry events.
