Job Summary

The Area Business Development Director at BLAKSKILL LIMITED will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, sales initiatives, and market analysis. As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business development, you will lead cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and execute successful business strategies.

Main Accountabilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth, revenue expansion, and market share increase.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, informing business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and HORECA owners, to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage a direct team of sales personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high-performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of total sales experience, with at least 2 years of managerial experience in sales & distribution/channel management/implementation of consumer and trade marketing plans.
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth, improving operational efficiency, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
