Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Director to join our team at FriendnPal.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement action plans to boost financial growth and brand recognition.
  • Sources funding and develops sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify, research, and engage with potential clients to drive new customer acquisition and client optimization.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed upon.
  • Track, identify, and secure grants to support business growth.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive business expansion.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients.
About the Role

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
