About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled Field Sales Professional to join our team at BLAKSKILL LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales revenue by promoting and selling high-quality cashew products across their designated territories. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers and achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:
• Identify new sales opportunities within assigned territories to drive sales growth
• Expand the customer base by onboarding new distributors, retailers, or other clients
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor product visibility and recommend improvements
• Execute promotional activities, such as product sampling or discounts, to boost sales
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience as a Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years in the FMCG industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
