We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Blakskill Limited.
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling high-quality cashew products across designated territories.
Sales Role Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by promoting and selling high-quality cashew products
- Maintain and build strong relationships with customers and key accounts
- Manage and optimize sales territories to achieve maximum efficiency
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities within assigned territories
- Ensure product availability in retail outlets, supermarkets, or distributor warehouses
Marketing and Promotion Strategies
- Develop and execute promotional activities to drive sales growth
- Conduct regular store visits to identify new opportunities and improve product visibility
- Participate in promotional campaigns and in-store branding/activations
Customer Service and Support
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with existing stores and key accounts
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Provide after-sales support like sales optimization
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to analyze sales performance and recommend strategies for improvement
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
