Forex Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Forex Sales Manager to join our team at Fintech Media Ltd. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
About the Role:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a database of clients and traders, ensuring up-to-date information is readily available.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Support and advise existing clients on our products and services, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Promote and sell financial instruments and services to clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Requirements:
- Excellent proficiency in PC software and client-oriented programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Perseverance and patience when dealing with challenging clients and situations.
- Competent verbal and written skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Previous experience in fintech companies or knowledge of forex trading is an asset.
