Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist at DevRecruit, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our existing customer base. To excel in this role, you must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
To succeed, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in seeking out recruitment deals, and have a deep understanding of industry trends, product capabilities, and service options. You will also be responsible for implementing new sales proposals, developing presentations, and researching equipment and supplies. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records and work closely with clients to build trust and grow our business.
We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and technology who can meet and exceed sales quotas, manage customer relationships effectively, and contribute to the growth and success of DevRecruit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain constant communication with current and future clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Proactively seek out recruitment deals and develop strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
- Utilize knowledge of industry trends, product capabilities, and service options to generate new business.
- Implement new sales proposals, concepts, and strategies to drive growth.
- Develop presentations, demonstrations, and diagrams to effectively communicate with prospects.
- Research and source equipment, parts, and supplies, as well as samples, manuals, and other literature.
- Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive records.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree: In Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Sales Experience: 3-4 years. Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas, successful management of customer relationships, knowledge of recruitment industries, excellent interpersonal skills, high self-motivation, and 5+ years' experience in technical sales. Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
