Business Development Manager

As a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the recruitment industry. This role requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent relationships with current and future clients to build trust and loyalty.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Analyze industry trends, product capabilities, and service options to generate innovative solutions.
- Craft compelling sales proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to effectively communicate value to prospects.
- Research and source equipment, parts, and supplies, as well as samples, manuals, and other literature to support business development efforts.
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions and business performance.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
