Job Overview
As a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the recruitment industry. This role requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain excellent relationships with current and future clients to build trust and loyalty.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Analyze industry trends, product capabilities, and service options to generate innovative solutions.
  • Craft compelling sales proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to effectively communicate value to prospects.
  • Research and source equipment, parts, and supplies, as well as samples, manuals, and other literature to support business development efforts.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions and business performance.

Requirements and Skills:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment industry.
  3. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
