Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate their needs
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Negotiate deals and close sales transactions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Required Skills and Qualifications
• 1st Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
